Engage Weekly Import not importing due to error message with Direct Mail Appeal - White Mail

This week the weekly Engage Individual and Organization import file did not import and the error message was:
Error in line 8: ('White Mail' is not a valid option for field custom_20)

I just deleted the White Mail from all the rows as we don't use this option anyway and it imported. But I was concerned that it wouldn't import other Direct Mail options we use during our Appeal season e,g. Fundraising Mail etc. It looks like this is still an option when I checked the Direct Mail appeal options.

@Eileenmcnaughton are you able to take a look at this please. This is still happening and I'm receiving an error message for different Direct Mail Appeal options too.

@RLewis I just tried & failed to replicate this locally - when you get the next file can you try to import it & if you hit issues please

  1. upload the file to the wmf server & I'll access it
  2. just mention the affected options here (if it's several one or 2 is fine)

& I'll try to replicate with the actual file

@Eileenmcnaughton this seemed to work this week. Very odd as it hasn't been but thanks for following up.

We're heading into Appeal season and will have variety of Direct Mail Appeal options, so I'll keep my eye on it.
