I see the value of having our brand added to all of the listed option. So my answer to question 1 would be "all" :-).
I've added the Wikimedia Sverige logo and name to the relevant places.
I also updated the colour scheme per https://se.wikimedia.org/wiki/Grafisk_profil#Koder_f%C3%B6r_prim%C3%A4rf%C3%A4rger
In case we wish to revert these the original colours were:
green: #53b688
red: #b9322f
blue: #33b1dd

The sent out e-mail looks good to me.
The service looks good to me.
The favicon looks good to me. Not sure where else it should be visible.
The signing page looks good to me. It only has a small icon on the top left, but I think it is sufficent.
