Editing lede section often doesn't scroll far enough
Closed, ResolvedPublic

Description

When opening mobile VE, we scroll the read mode to where you are about to edit, so that when the editor loads there is no "jump".

If you are editing the lede sectin we scroll past the infobox, but if there is not enough content your cursor may end up half way down the page:

In there last screenshot, there should be enough bottom padding that the first word can be scrolled to the top of the page.
