Description

At first it gave HTTP 503 and next it kept giving HTTP 403. Copyvios API was on call from script, constantly. Before that it was functioning as expected.

By any chance, have you been using PAWS to copyvio-check thousands of articles on the Turkish Wikipedia? See this thread here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User_talk:The_Earwig#Earwig_doing_the_thing_again

I blocked the default Python user agent (Python-urllib/*) because it was making an excessive number of requests. I saw over 10,000 in a 10-hour period. This is far more than our quota from Google allows. Can you explain what you're trying to do?
