This is probably Parsoid's sanitizer not letting the meta tag through and may be a duplicate of T48826: Sanitizer breaks microdata. We have phab tasks filed to use the same sanitizer base class in both core and Parsoid - T247804: Move Sanitizer from core into Parsoid.
