We will be using EventLogging to capture data about how users interact with Wikipedia Preview pop-ups on partner sites, so we have to develop a schema to contain that data.

Inuka wants this to be done by the end of July, so that the pilot deployments of Wikipedia Preview aren't held back by the development of the instrumentation.
