Instead of doing just one time update, we should probably figure out how to more easily keep these in sync, or maybe just keep one copy.

Also, if/when we adopt the new hook runner code, there will be a an interface for every hook. That may or may not change how we want to document hooks. For example MediaWiki core removed single doc for all the hooks.
