Description

It would be very useful to see cross-wiki logged actions by a user, the same way we can see cross-wiki edits now.

Would this make it possible to see at once all the errors that MassMessage gets for any given delivery? (currently only possible thru means for the initiated AIUI)

I think this would indeed fit well within the GUC tool. Most of the infrastructure for it is there. We'd need an extra query option (in addition to hours/rc/alltime), and a dedicated row formatter to handle with log entries. Patches welcome :)
