We will be determining user expectations for the Content Dataset by:
- Identifying Stakeholders
- Reaching out Individually to some, as a Group to others, to understand how it would be useful for them to have Content data to make product decisions i.e. get use cases
- Grouping these users into Primary and Secondary users, based on the use cases they share with us
Using the information gathered above we will be able to :
- determine the metrics and dimensions we need to build
- Prioritizing and Planning how/when to build them out
- Decide on the Approach
