twn:/resources/nike/mediawiki-extensions/extensions/Cite (master)$ git log commit c952385d8802e2fc2359bfd1f41f48556015e645 (HEAD -> master, origin/wmf/1.31.0-wmf.10, origin/master, origin/HEAD) Author: Translation updater bot <email@example.com> Date: Sun Nov 26 22:30:01 2017 +0100 Localisation updates from https://translatewiki.net. Change-Id: I44f7f2246d94cbf0ec9b5c50888e4a643fd0d693
How in earth can this be origin/master? It is three years old.
This was the state after:
/scratch/nike/translatewiki/bin/clupdate-gerrit-repo 'ssh://firstname.lastname@example.org:29418/mediawiki/extensions/Cite' '/scratch/nike/mediawiki-extensions/Cite' 'master'
This could explain why the names were removed. Those names were not present in this version.
Reported in IRC:
[11:12:57] James_F> Is the latest export meant to have changed authors a lot? E.g. https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/c/mediawiki/extensions/Cite/+/612023/1/modules/ve-cite/i18n/szy.json decided that no-one has edited these ever?
Incorrectly removed author attributions in translation files were restored. Root cause was not fully determined.
