Since the mobile-html API is not used by any other resource the counts from the API should match our estimated/expected counts for the 2020-05 - 2020-06 period where pageview counts aren't tracked in Analytics. Methodology and reporting to follow here.

Data for mobile-html is shown in Grafana but counts do not include data served from edge servers so this will not be an accurate source for app pageview counts. Estimated counts for period where data is incorrect in pageviews is in T257373.
