Follow-up from discussion on https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/c/mediawiki/core/+/569666

I said:

The reason I'm asking is that I'd like to make sure we have non-minified sources for all JS we include, as it makes stuff on the Debian side much much easier for me.

If you need it for Debian purposes, I should be able to build an unminified version of prod.js fairly easily by hacking a few lines in Vue's build system.
