Currently only exact-match entities (based on label or alias) are used to find structured data based results.
Now that we have the ability to weight matches differently, we can start to leverage fulltext search on wikidata entities to use many more relevant entities (e.g. "flag of Russia" is a great match for "russian flag"), weighed according to how good of a match they are for the search term.
