APIhighlimits doesn't work on my bot (with bot password) since July 15

Description

I have a bot account named MBHbot. I have created bot password for it and gave him "High-volume editing" grant.

When I log into botpassword-account from my home PC from program, runned into Visual Studio, I got API answers with 5000 records per list.

But when I log into botpassword-account from program on Toolforge, using exactly the same credentials, I got only 500 records per list and warning about this user can't request 5000 records per list.

It began on July 15, it worked fine before, see [1] (bot began create a much shorter list).

Seems like mostly a tools problem, but we're happy to look once all the credentials and other issues have been confirmed.

@eprodromou I can post here or mail you my bot password, so you can confirm this issue.

@eprodromou What I should do to "confirm all the credentials and other issues"? The problem persists. I removed and re-added "High-volume editing" grant to this bot password, it doesn't help me.
