This is a dev subtask to allow us to actively work against this while the parent ticket can be in design. In this particular subtask I think it's best that all discussions live on the parent ticket for this.

Questions for Engineering:

Will we be able to highlight the article content based on the snippet that is currently returned from the endpoint?

• There was some discussion on this in engineering sync that maybe we should not have mobile-html strip out identifiers to allow us easy scroll and highlight functionality. Currently we are not yet intentionally returning identifiers for this purpose in the significant-changes endpoint snippet.
• Keep in mind this will need to work if parts of a sentence are added and highlighted though, not a whole paragraph or line.
