Description

Example: https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Gravelines,_estuary_of_the_river_Aa_into_the_North_Sea,_breakwaters-7842.jpg

The breakwaters have numerical inscriptions. I added them with French as workaround but better would be "mul" for multilingual. This monolingual code exists on Wikidata already.

The code for the sample use is probably zxx.

Looks like the language dropdown is using ULS and not the monolingual language dropdowns from Wikidata. So this is more for the SDC team and not for the Language codes team.
