Platonides, could you provide steps? (Or is this obsolete anyway?)

I think I was refering to how, under vector https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Main_Page shows Main Page, Contents, Featured content, etc. without the 'navigation' heading (it was removed by the javascript).

Moving to Vector...
