What Jenkins-bot posts on Gerrit can be improved in terms of formatting.

Below is an example of what it looks like now. As you see the test name is redundant (as it is part of the URI too).

Proposal 1: Can we perhaps change it such that the test name is a link itself, and the URL is not shown at all?
Proposal 2: Can we make it such that failures are highlighted somehow, perhaps with red font, pink background, or some other visual cue?
