Steps to reproduce

Login and visit https://https://he.wikipedia.org/wiki/%D7%A2%D7%9E%D7%95%D7%93_%D7%A8%D7%90%D7%A9%D7%99?useskinversion=2
Expand the sidebar if it isn't expanded already
Append an additional parameter: &uselang=en (https://he.wikipedia.org/wiki/%D7%A2%D7%9E%D7%95%D7%93_%D7%A8%D7%90%D7%A9%D7%99?useskinversion=2&uselang=en)
Hover over the Language Settings gear in the sidebar

Expected results

The hover popup should be connected appropriately to the caret (the pointy thing)

Actual results

The hover popup and it's associated pointy thing are not where they should be.
