When you have a look at the info for a tool on OpenStack browser, the 'nagf' and 'sal' buttons in the Monitoring section still link to their old tools.wmflabs.org urls

Steps

1. Go to the page for any project on OpenStack browser (for example https://openstack-browser.toolforge.org/project/tools)
2. Scroll down to the 'Monitoring' section
3. Click either the 'nagf' or 'sal' link and notice it sends you to the old domain
