At first I suggested replacing the icon with a Commons icon, but then I realized that this is the only one link in the entire menu. The user does not expect the button to open a new tab when clicking on it and take him to another page.
I think better to make another popup menu with information like in MediaViewer: name, author, description, date, licence.
