The page at https://admin.toolforge.org/tool/coverme says No .description or toolinfo.json found.
I expect this to instead make note of and link to the webservice. I created a toolinfo at https://toolsadmin.wikimedia.org/tools/id/coverme but it does not show up :)
The record exists in the https://toolsadmin.wikimedia.org/tools/toolinfo/v1/toolinfo.json export. I vaguely remember that the admin tool has some filtering of the data that it reads back from Hay's directory that has kept some records from being displayed in the past.
I didn't actively do anything to fix this, but the record is showing properly at https://admin.toolforge.org/tool/coverme.
