Hi greetings, some of the above mentioned issues get resolved when we disable some gadgets like purge menu, menu dropdown, etc. But issues in text still persists. Thank you.

@Reedy : There are rectangle characters along with the texts in permissions, They can be seen in the beginning and end of lines. Also in between some words in a line. Thank you.

Okay, I think I understand now:
If your browser cannot display ⧼ (which should look like <) and ⧽ (which should look like >) then this is a local problem.
Regarding the images above, someone needs to fix the gadget code in https://test.wikipedia.org/wiki/MediaWiki:Gadget-dropdown-menus-vector.js
On-wiki content like gadgets are local features and managed independently on each wiki. Phabricator is mostly used for MediaWiki, MediaWiki extensions, or server configuration, or by developers and teams to organize what they plan to work on. Phabricator is not a place to ask for help with your own local code.
