When writing docs, I noticed that https://github.com/yuvipanda/nbpawspublic (which adds a button to your paws public page on any notebook in PAWS) doesn't work for the new cluster because it assumes the old URL and proxy scheme.
That needs an update in the toolforge repo!

Right now it'll point you at a link similar to: https://hub.paws-public.wmcloud.org/user/BStorm_%28WMF%29/notebooks/test-book.ipynb
It needs to become https://public.paws.wmcloud.org/user/BStorm_%28WMF%29/notebooks/test-book.ipynb (which will work and becomes https://public.paws.wmcloud.org/User:BStorm_(WMF)/test-book.ipynb).
