Steps to Reproduce ::

  1. Select a random page & edit

E.g.: http://prototype.wikimedia.org/en.wikipedia.org/C._M._Eddy,_Jr.

  1. Go to the bottom of the page
  2. Insert a link / table

<<On tool bar icon click, the page get roll up and cursor get placed in the top of the page>>

Expected Outcome::

Items should placed on the selected location only

Test Environment which showed the error::
Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 8.0; Windows NT 6.1; Trident/4.0; SLCC2; .NET CLR 2.0.50727; .NET CLR 3.5.30729; .NET CLR 3.0.30729; Media Center PC 6.0; InfoPath.3)
