Develop the white paper/final report for the Tools for partnership 2019 - Blueprinting project. If the job is split up between people, the following work should be split into subtasks:

• Develop structure with headlines etc. and how the report and the White paper is separated from each other
• Write intro
• Write about the work done around our organizational capacity
• Write about the work done around finding support
• Write about the work done around our initially limited focus T259992: Write chapter of the technical needs that WMSE could help to develop and support
• Write about the work done around our support and coordination
• Write about the work done around our sustainability (fundraising etc.)
