Update shard descriptions in db-eqiad/db-codfw

Description

wmf-config/db-eqiad.php says s5 is for "large wikis", while db-codfw.php says its for "dewiki and wikidata". Both those comments are certainly outdated, as recently, DBAs asked for avkwiki to be created at s5. Could it be possible to update those two comments to accurately describe the shards?
