Edit a sentence: Show the original sentence in a panel

Description

As part of the "Edit a sentence" step (T251928) of the Section Translation mobile editor, users will have access to the original sentence as they edit its translation. The panel will be placed above the Mobile Visual editor, and it will be limited in height but with options to paginate and expand.
