1. Set the NTOC feature Enable
2. Select a random page & edit

3. Set the NTOC feature Disable
4. Select the same page which selected previously and edit

Select the Sinhala version

1. Set the NTOC feature Enable
2. Select a random page & edit

3. Set the NTOC feature Disable
4. Select the same page which selected previously and edit

Expected Outcome::
Once a NTOC feature enable navigational header list should display and the text in the editor should be formatted all the time.
