Description

If I answer the question 'Heeft u de foto zelf gemaakt' with 'Ik weet niet wie de foto gemaakt heeft ' I can fill in the other questions, but when I hit the save button, it says 'Er is geen auteursrechthebbende ingevuld!'
This could be triggered by the answer on the question posed, not making me answer the other questions.

When I answer 'Nee, ik heb deze foto niet zelf gemaakt', more questions are posed and afterwards I can save this picture.

If the user selects "Ik weet niet wie de foto heeft gemaakt", it indeed shouldn't be possible to submit the photo. But a visible save button is a strange option in such a case. I think we should make a more clear warning when they select the option that it's no use to complete the form and submission won't be possible.
