Purpose: A counter-vandalism PWA for Wikimedia Projects, designed to succeed the RedWarn userscript (currently mainly active on enwiki)

Brief description:

A counter-vandalism PWA with a backend powered by multiple technologies including ASP.NET core and Node.JS for OAuth, user configuration and a potential revision analysis system.

There seems to be no Debian package for SaphirreDB (at least I cannot find one)?

Hi! Sorry about that. SapphireDB is run as a NuGet Package, so we can just set that one up ourselves. The real Debian package that needs to be installed here is nuget. Thanks!

Have you considered using a Toolforge tool instead? That would be less overhead for you all compared to administering your own Cloud VPS instance(s).

Yes, we have one instance already in use, however, a toolforge instance doesn't give us anywhere near enough software flexibility, which we would need considering our real-time databases and other backend plans, hence this request.
