As part of the update of the Translation Dashboard to support section translation (T253253), we want to make sure that translations in all states are properly represented.
This ticket focuses on the in-progress list. For section translation both the article and the section name are shown:

I could not verify this since persisted translations are not showing in the in-progress list for me. I created this ticket: T328533: In progress-translations not displayed for new articles on mobile despite being persisted
There were a couple of missing parts from the spec (deletion confirmation and timer). I created tickets for these so that we can close this ticket and continue work on the following:
