Expected behavior: Header should maintain a consistent height between screen widths

Observed behavior: Header height doubles around 1270px screen width

Yes! I just tested that patch locally, and it fixes the issue. I'll move this into Ready to Deploy, and we'll close it once I can verify the fix on the beta site.
