Steps to Reproduce:

Go to any RTL language article

Actual Results:

The outline style (border) breaks into chunks

(1)	(2) article `אירם דריג'י` in `hebrew`

Expected Results:

It shouldn't break within the same link

NOTE: In case (1), adding dir="auto" or dir="ltr" fix as it presents as the ltr content
