(Script author here) not sure thats needed, since it shouldn't have much use by editors now that a bot handles most of the edits needed. Suggest declining
Wow, okay; I am stumbling upon drafts in article categories all the time. When did the bot start working?
The bot runs every few hours, and it should be doing all of the drafts, but I haven't had a chance to investigate yet
https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?search=incategory%3A"Living+people"&ns2=1 returns over 100 results; maybe some pages aren't recognised as needing decategorisation?
Thanks. I guess this request can be closed then. Do you think adding "Draft re cat" to XTools would be more useful?
Now the tool is used by other editors as well, see at least these 554 edits done with it by @BrownHairedGirl.
I think it'd make most sense to have this done through software, if possible. See T299286.
For now, since the tool has been used for quite a while, apparently by over 100 editors (https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Special:WhatLinksHere/User:DannyS712/Draft_no_cat.js&limit=250), and since the linked task doesn't clearly formulate what is to be implemented, I have added this to the configuration.
