Extension must go through proper security and performance review
Tracking work that should be done before submitting:
- T256832: Converting settings page to an HTMLForm
- T259403: Add alternative Vue version of Special:GlobalWatchlist - Parity with non-vue version
- Add documentation for stuff that could be confusing to simplify review
- Clean up the various left overs from the script that are no longer needed

As early as possible and a minimum of 30 days prior to the desired deployment date, the requester creates a Phabricator Task using the Security Readiness Review request form
