Here's the decommissioning task T197630 - I marked it offline in Netbox but I'm not sure what the normal SRE process when a server is decommed, so I'm going to remove the fundraising-tech-ops tag and bump this back to 'Needs Triage' so hopefully it gets picked up by DC-Ops.
