Acceptance Criteria:

Test the ability to watch a page temporarily via star & immediately see half star shading with tooltip functionality for desktop
Test the ability to watch a page temporarily via star & immediately see half star shading with tooltip functionality for mobile
Test the ability to watch a page temporarily via legacy source editor & immediately see half star shading with tooltip functionality for desktop
Test the ability to watch a page temporarily via action=watch & immediately see half star shading with tooltip functionality for desktop
Test support for feature (clock icon with tooltip functionality) on RecentChanges, RecentChangesLinked, and Watchlist
Test that temporarily watched items are sorted by expiration & permanently watched items are sorted alphabetically on Special:EditWatchlist
Test the preservation of watch status upon delete, protect, move, and rollback
