As a Wikibase SysAdmin, I would like some important entities to be mapped to Wikidata's entities in the WikibaseManifest "automatically" so that I can save time by not having to manually add all properties or items that tools need.

Options we considered

1. Entities from QualityConstraints could be a starting point (there is overlap with needs from OpenRefine, for example). So if QualityConstraints is installed and configured, then the process would be automated to expose the quality constraints entites via WBManifest
