Please add a short help message that describes parameter ordering. The message could be auto-hidden if there is no PLURAL used in the English text. This message would not need to exist per-language, i.e. there is no point in describing the usage of Russian plural in another language, only in Russian, which means there could be a generic "localized info" message that has different content depending on the language.

Lastly, this could be generalized to include all language-specific templates like GRAMMAR and GENDER, and just show a quick info whenever English has {{ in it.
