Description

Since T160113: Move PAWS nfs onto its own share has been completed. The project's data in the tools project is no longer needed.

I am only removing the data from userhomes and leaving the rest of the project folder since there is a lot of historical and planned work in there.

Removing this is an easy way to reduce the NFS usage for tools quickly, at least.

That should drop off the dashboard shortly.
