Translate the CivicTech RA application into English. The translated version is meant to be share with the WMF team and to the international GLAMwiki community for feedback. The goal is to gather inputs on how to add an international angle to it.

If funding is available for the hub in 2021-forward, then part of that funding can be used for executing the entire project if Vinnova doesn't fund it. However, if the application to Vinnova is successful then the hub funding might cover the international aspects such as adding international partners, knowledge dissemination to the GLAMwiki community and for scaling the solution from a prototype to a well maintained tool.
