Description

It could be nice to have a dashboard like Special:NewcomerTasks or Special:NewcomerTasksReport where you could see at a glance:

how many tasks exist for each task type defined in the wiki's MediaWiki:NewcomerTasks.json
how many tasks, broken down by type, exist for each topic defined in https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/MediaWiki:NewcomerTopicsOres.json

We could probably also display some information about number of tagged newcomer task edits done in last X days or whatever too.

This might also be a nice complement to the special page proposed in T246939: [Growth scaling] streamlined configuration for modifying the configuration.

@kostajh -- this sounds like a subset of the ideas on T249987: Scale: GrowthExperiments wiki monitoring dashboard. Should we merge them?

@MMiller_WMF oh yeah, I was looking for that task but didn't find it. Sounds good :)
