Sometimes, some mentors quit. There are no easy ways at the moment to reassign the mentees to new mentors.

The goal of this task is to think about a way for communities to address an active mentor to retire. Retired mentors may not like to keep replying to questions, and, in the case where they are definitely offline, it would not be nice to have a mentee remaining without a reply.

Concerning notifications mentees get when they change their mentor,

• if the mentee already had left a question to the now away mentor, they get a "your mentor changed" notification.
• Otherwise, they don't need a notification, considering that they haven't really considered their mentor.
