Please reset 2FA for User:Pierpao on sysop_itwiki

Description

@Pierpao deleted the TOTP app from their phone and do not have any spare scratch codes to disable 2FA on the private wiki sysop_itwiki. He asked me if it would be possible to disable 2FA for his account on that wiki. I'm unsure what the standard procedure is (I note that some requests are handled via phabricator, others via email), some important things to note:

  • This is only for sysop_itwiki, which is a private wiki. The SUL is not affected
  • He's still logged-in to the wiki (and cannot log-out)
  • The legitimacy of this request can be easily verified; Pierpao has an email address attached to the SUL, and to the account on the private wiki
