When a crisis hits the organization it will be of great value to have different types of messages pre-planned, discussed and developed as templates. These templates can then be expanded and built upon instead of having to rewrite it from scratch.

Currently such material only exists in the case of GDPR (in the case of a personal data breach) but is missing for e.g. deaths or sickness amongst people in the organization.
