Together with Jenny the new employees will conduct regular weekly meetings.

During these meetings the group will discuss how the work is progressing, what the goal fulfillment looks like, how scripts and training materials has worked and how they can be further developed, about safety problems, about which places they should work in, about the atmosphere in the group, etc. Individual discussions will also take place during these meetings for more sensitive topics.
