Evaluation and analysis of results of the experiments is crucial to improve our work and plan for the future.

A continuous analysis and evaluation will take place based on the targets we set and the various experiments for the F2F we conducted (which scripts work, where we should stand, etc.).

A monthly report is compiled and presented to the head of operations as a basis for decisions on whether the initiative should continue. The report will initially mainly cover the economic part but also other aspects, such as membership increase and satisfaction, staff satisfaction should be highlighted if relevant data is available or insights have been gained.

At the end of the fundraiser, the results are presented in aggregate form to the board for a decision on what the efforts in 2021/2022 will look like.
