What is the problem?
I uploaded one version of a file with SVG translate. I then added a second language with the same tool. The first language upload was clobbered by the second.

Steps to reproduce problem
- Add a translation using the tool
- Upload it.
- Return to the SVG translate tool and select the same image.
- It remembers which language you already typed in.
- Choose another language.
- Upload it.
Expected behavior: Both languages are included
Observed behavior: The first language is gone.
Workaround
Delete localStorage and try again.
