The Untagged Uncategorized Articles toolserver (https://dplbot.toolforge.org/cat/untagged_uncats.php) successfully generated a batch of articles this morning -- however, several hours after I tagged a portion of the batch, the tagged or resolved articles are not dropping from the list when I hit the "update" button. Some (not all) of the articles in the batch, further, had already been properly tagged, categorized, redirected to another article or even deleted before I even generated the list at all, and thus never should have shown up in the batch in the first place.

The thing is, when I'm working with this tool I depend on it updating as promptly as possible, because editors sometimes respond to the categorization tag by immediately removing it or adding a nonexistent category, and a previously cleared page bouncing back onto that list again on a later update is precisely how I monitor for that. And since today's batch was over 1,300 articles, I'm unlikely to get the whole thing cleared today, but if it's not updating correctly I won't be able to generate a proper new batch tomorrow.

Steps to Reproduce: press update.

Expected Results: Any item which has already been tagged, categorized, redirected to another article or deleted should immediately drop from the list.

Actual Results: No items have dropped from the list at all, even though at least 200 items on it should have.
